J.J. Culbertson

J.J. Culbertson was a developer who, although he didn't live in Oklahoma, owned land in Oklahoma City. He donated half of the land used for the state capitol complex, including the land for the Oklahoma governor's mansion. The other half of the land on which the capitol complex now stands was donated by W.F. Harn.
